One of the advantages of living in an active adult neighborhood is low maintenance. The HOA takes care of the maintenance of the homes, including the roofs, sidings, grounds, and fences.
As a resident, you have to pay two HOA fees each month. One fee is for the monthly maintenance of the common areas, grounds, exterior parts of the buildings, roof, etc. The other HOA is an additional fee which goes to the upkeep of Village Park Recreation Club amenities.
