Their 3 bath, 4 bed homes are priced at around $638,000 with approximately  2,019 sq. ft., while their 6 beds, 5 bath single family homes range from $1,200,000 to $1,795,000 with 3,328 to 4,745 sq.ft living space. The median sales price is $630,000.
